Yuma Palms Property

Yuma Palms Property is a nationally recognized regional retail center located in Yuma, Arizona.
Prairie Marketing was charged with heading up the formulation of the retail center’s brand and building a strong image for the property with elegantly designed and produced communication materials.
Recognizing the opportunity to position this regional center towards the higher end of the market, Prairie Marketing carefully constructed a premium brand image for this property that set it apart from any other center in the geographic area.
The challenge was to showcase a 63.87 acre parcel of land and condense the entire "being there" experience into materials that would excite a potential investor. We also wanted to be sure to highlight the beautiful layout of the center, while showcasing the abundance of natural beauty surrounding the property.
The successful launch of the packaged materials greatly assisted in delivering the experience and resulted in hitting and surpassing the goals for the engagement, leading to many other successful property launchings.

Egnite LLC

When Egnite decided to build its new company around the idea of sustainability, it decided to build it and launch it in the USA. The head of Egnite knew that at its launch, it would be entering a crowded market, and that the mere fact that it had plenty of experience would not guarantee its exposure or success. They had to try something different.
Egnite came to Prairie Marketing with the mission to powerfully reach corporations interested in sustainability and diminishing wasteful energy allocation while improving their overall blueprint. Egnite then undertook a series of mail-outs using an explosively bold and dynamic branding initative created and implemented by Prairie Marketing.
These mail outs included a personally addressed letter from the head of Egnite USA and many leading CEO Corporate sponsors announcing the corporate mission as well as requesting a partnership among leading businesses towards corporate sustainability.
There was a significant, positive response. For those who responded, there was a follow up with a series of questionnaires that asked for their opinion on important environmental issues.
However, along with the questionnaires, Egnite began to also receive advance sponsorships. What these like-minded individuals were feeling was that Egnite was custom building a life-choice just for them. No other company had ever involved them in the design, building and modeling process in quite the same way.
As a result, Egnite pre-sold its first year sales target, while spending only a fourth of what they were expecting to use towards the launch of the marketing of the new entity by using this CRM. We have heard that this program was so successful that Egnite is looking to use the same approach in future “Green” sustainability program launches.
